Legacy of Worship - Sacred Place in Rural Saskatchewan, by Frank Korvemaker  and Margaret Hryniuk, was published in 2014 by Coteau Books.  This 250 page book combines brilliant colour images of the buildings people worship in, alongside fascinating stories of those places and people.  Legacy of Worship profiles over 60 rural churches and synagogues representing 15 spiritual denominations (many of them within the Yorkton/Melville area). These old buildings often display the work of folk artists and craftspeople, as well as that of professional artists and architects of the time and illustrate how beauty in any form inspires and nurtures the soul! Generously donated by Frank Korvemaker
